Die spezielle Konstruktion des Bikeshirt mit einem System aus Abstandhaltern, Kanälen und Depots sorgt dafür, dass unser natürliches Klimasystem, der Schweiß, in der aktiven Phase auf der Haut bleibt und dort verdunsten kann. Das 3D-BionicSphere®-System an Brust und Rücken optimiert diesen Kühlprozess, der extrem wichtig für den Erhalt der Leistungsfähigkeit beim Radfahren ist. Mehr Kühlung heißt mehr Leistung.

3D-BionicSphere®-System
Das 3D-BionicSphere®-System lässt der Haut Restfeuchte, die der Körper nicht als Nässe fühlt. Es fehlen Sensoren für Schweiß. Erst, wenn sich Tropfen bildet und diese rinnen, nehmen wir Schweiß über diesen mechanischen Reiz wahr; dann erst reagieren wir -->Nässe. SweatTraps® nehmen diese Nässe auf, bevor sie fühlbar wird, führen diese zur Verdunstung und entsorgen sie durch die Dynamik der Wärme.Zurück auf der Haut bleibt ein nicht spürbarer Feuchtigkeitsfilm, der kühlt. Denn: Kein Schweißfilm - keine Kühlung.

The X-bionic® race shirt uses every drop of your sweat to cool you down by leaving a thin film of sweat on the skin in the active phase, which provides a cooling effect during evaporation. Excess sweat is processed and evaporated by the 3d-bionicSphere®-System. We make energy from sweat. The fresh-air ventilation action of the 3d-bionicSphere®-System in the chest area cools the core temperature of the chest while preventing the body from feeling cold. Using a system similar to that of a canal lock, air within the special channels is kept temperate. Hot water vapour is drawn away by the dynamics of body temperature and fresh air takes its place. No draught is created; instead, the body is perfectly air-conditioned. The high metabolic rate of the cyclist and the resultant heat creates a circulation of air within the X-bionic® Shirt itself, air which is conducted to the back section of the garment, where the 3d-bionicSphere® ventilation channels go about their task of keeping the cyclist cool and dry. Temperature and humidity regulation takes place at various levels within the system, keeping the cyclist cool. The 3d-bionicSphere® sweat deposit system operates very effectively in the armpit area. Even before the sweat drops form, the excess sweat is sucked into the outer air- Traps™, ready for transfer to the evaporation Surface expander™ surface. Without restricting freedom of movement or influencing the fit , the pressure stimulates one’s sense of the body. The entire movement process becomes more precise and efficient –your muscle performance improves. The waistband is non-slip and cut lower at the base of the spine to ensure that the back remains protected when bent over in cycling position. The three practical pouches on the back are positioned in such a way as to provide maximum accessibility while not restricting the cyclist‘s freedom of movement. To ensure that objects being carried are not jolted out over rough ground, the openings to the pouches are elasticated. A reflector is located beneath the pouches, making for better visibility in traffic.

Der thermische Effekt der Körperwärme drängt die Feuchtigkeit durch die Faser hindurch an die Außenflächen, wo sie aktiv dem Verdunstungsprozess zur Verfügung steht. Mythlan ist hautneutral und somit non-allergen und hält die Haut fühlbar trocken.
