Außerdem hat JACK WOLFSKIN im Rückenbereich Stretch-Einsätze integriert und Unterarmreißverschlüsse dienen als zusätzliche Belüftungsoption. TEXAPORE TASLITE ist das leichte, aber robuste Wetterschutz-Hauptmaterial; im oberen Rückenbereich wird TEXAPORE TASLAN STRETCH eingesetzt. Beim Kälteschutz arbeitet JACK WOLFSKIN nach dem Body-Mapping-Prinzip, d. h. jeder Körperteil bekommt die Wärme, die er braucht: Ärmel, Kapuze und Hüftgurtbereich sind warm wattiert; den Oberkörper schützt zusätzlich unser extrem atmungsaktives, warmes Fleece NANUK 150 AIRLOFT vor Kälte.
A winter hiking jacket with a distinctively technical, ‘alpine’ style. The medium level insulation performance and the very breathable TEXAPORE shell fabric make the ICEFALL JACKET highly suitable for more aerobic activities (great for steep snowshoeing trails), and the jacket also benefits from kinetic stretch panels on the back and venting pit zips as an additional ventilation option. The main shell fabric is lightweight yet robust TEXAPORE TASLITE, with TEXAPORE TASLAN STRETCH used on the upper back section. The insulation works on the ‘body mapping’ principle, which means that each area of the body gets the exact level of insulation it requires. The sleeves, hood and waist have a warm thermal interlining, while a layer of extremely breathable NANUK 150 AIRLOFT fleece provides the upper body with additional protection from the cold.
