Der GARMISCH GTX® von MEINDL ist ein wasserdichter und atmungsaktiver, hochschaftiger Nubuklederschuh mit PU-Galosche, mit dem man wandern kann wie mit einem Bergschuh. Er ist ähnlich konstruiert und aufgebaut wie ein richtiger Trekkingschuh (gezwickter Schuh) und hält dank des Lammfellfutters und GORE-TEX® auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen den Fuß warm und trocken. Leichtlaufschlaufen und Doppelhaken ermöglichen ein bequemes und sicheres Schnüren des Schuhes und garantieren festen Halt. Der Schaft ist am Abschluss mit Plüsch gepolstert – was das i-Tüpfelchen in punkto Design und Komfort ist.
The Garmisch GTX® is a waterproof and breathable boot with galosche sole and GORE-TEX® lining. It is built like a trekking boot and therefore a lasted boot. The advantages of a lasted boot are the running and rolling behaviour and the stability of the sole. The Garmisch GTX® has a high leather upper with a PU galosche sole, which at low temperatures keeps the feet warm and dry. The boot has a warm, soft lining with 12mm lambswool and 1,2 mm fleece. The high upper of the Garmisch GTX® is made of hydrophobic leather which shows by its good look’s the high quality of handwork. The soft Cordura tongue adapts perfectly to the feet. Easy lacing system and double hooks guarantee an easy and secure lacing of the boot which guarantee’s a good fit. The collar of the upper is made in deep pile.

Sie hat gegenüber einer direkt angespritzten Machart den Vorteil der größeren Formstabilität, da der Schaft über dem Leisten montiert wird. Das Leder reicht bis unter die Brandsohle - dies macht den Schuh qualitativ hochwertig.
